One of my favourite places to go. The staff are always really polite and friendly. The coffee blends are deluxe and the food is delicious. Especially a bacon cob in a morning. Place is always really clean and atmosphere is perfect for sitting doing uni work, with a student discount to boot. Really open and well lit. We'll done to everyone working here. I shall be coming back.

My favorite coffee shop. Whenever I am at Caffe Nero I never regret. Coffee is like it should be, rich, full of taste and strong. other coffee shops can only learn how to prepare a good coffee.
Of course service is ok, without any probs and the same sweet things (muffins,cakes,etc.)

Nice ☕️ sometimes u can find single origin tastes which u can try for a change in a while, the service (self-service) is good, unfortunately though not as clean as it should be in general, there should be cleaners to do the work not the stuff

Ordered a latte and tea and a very polite man served me even on the way out he said goodbye he was very attentive don't get that much . This was this morning.

Nice classical piano music when I visited. Really lovely, smiley east asian trainee who was very happy to serve me. It makes a difference to the customer experience to see a smile. Guy on the till was a bit monosyllabic. At least Nero doesn't charge extra for soya milk. I love their raspberry croissant too.

Caffe Nero makes the BEST Chai Latte, hands down. The staff are always friendly and get everyone served as fast as they can.

Caffe Nero is always my favourite cafe place ahead of Costa and Starbucks. This branch is excellent in terms of cleanliness, quality and service. Well done!
