I would give 5 stars of they allowed dine in. Can't really understand why it is take out and delivery only. Rarely go here because of that issue. I ordered an extra chic breasts with our bucket and they swore it was there but it wasn't. Called the customer service 800 number and they refunded the missing item and sent me a coupon for $5 off my next order. I called the store first but they were completely disinterested.

Pulled up to the drive thru to order at 8:00pm and was yelled at that they were done taking orders for the night. Being done taking orders for the night is fine (despite actually closing two hours later), however what isn’t fine is yelling at the customers who doesn’t know any better that you’re done before closing time. I fully understand that the service world is chaotic atm and they are more than likely understaffed but it wouldn’t hurt to have a twinge of customer service when working in fast food.

Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered 12 party wings. I was so happy to be out. the weather (still winter) temperature hit 66 degrees. i get home bit into the chicken: All my teeth fell out my head!!! The hardest @*#%&# chicken i have ever eaten any where ever!!!!!! Never Again!!!!!!!!!!

I never seen employees get so disrespected like I did here. This management person was going off on a teenager whom worked there so bad for no reason that he made the girl and her friend quit. Even without video/audio evidence that teenager and her friend have a case against that branch. I tried to call and get the GM number because I had a event. I believe the same management person picked up the phone and precede to tell me that he didn't have the number and why am I calling while they are busy. Before I can tell him this was business he hung up the phone. The conversation lasted less than 20 seconds. As you can tell I took my business elsewhere. They need to do something about the management.

While visiting this store I ask the manager about their pay rate start at and the manager was just so unprofessional. Saying “ we pay nothing for people who don’t wanna work and isn’t bringing nothing to the table!” I’m not working for free and I’d hope you would be hiring a staff that can preform! Just that answer rubbed me the wrong way. I felt that was really rude and I’m inquiring about employment. ( for someone else may I add) He spoke to me like I needed employment like I was thirsty to work there and I’m always employed. It was a bad look on the store honestly I wouldn’t wanna work there it I was unemployed
