Dunkin'

I’ve given them multiple chances and they still can screw up a simple order of a coffee, bagel with cream cheese and hash browns???? How I worked at dunkin back in the day and it is not that difficult!!!! Oh and forget trying to call since the phone number is out of service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I've run out of patience for this location after giving them probably a dozen chances. Not sure if I've ever received my order both completely (had everything in stock) and accurately, and often not even one of those. The staff simply seem to be moving too fast and frequently burn heated items or forget things altogether (especially donuts/munchkins). I understand that occasional mistakes are made, and I'm more than happy to ask for them to be corrected when they are. But I should not need to advocate for myself every single time just to receive what I paid for.

The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Can't expect much, since they are a Dunkin, and they are in a gas station. Terrible costumer service. Had 3 people ignore me while waiting 10 minutes to be helped. The guy working at the gas station had to yell over to them to get their attention. They constantly mess up your order, then proceed to blame the customer. Reason #435 why Starbucks is better :)
