Dunkin'

I have worked at several Dunkins in my life so I am usually in defense of customer service jobs but this Dunkin is the worst I have seen. The drive thru is extremely slow, like 15-20 minutes to move through 4 cars slow. The service is bad as they usually have no clue what my order is when I get to the window. And almost every time they get my order incorrect. Earlier this week I ordered a bagel and ended up with two coffee rolls. This morning ordered a muffin because I figured you can’t screw that up. I received a muffin with the inside of it completely under-baked. The inside was completely gooey and there is no way that the employee didn’t notice that when they picked it up. Bad service and food overall.

If 0 was an option, that’s what I’d leave. We pulled off the highway to use the restroom and grab coffees, but when my husband went into the store, no one was to be found. He came back out and said no one was inside. I fed my baby and went back in to get coffees and use the restroom and to see if there was a baby changing station. The girls working there told me they didn’t know where the keys were and stared at me blankly. I asked them to look and told them I have a child in the car, they continued to look dumbfounded about where the bathroom keys had gone. I left without the coffees and without using the restroom. It was the worst costumer service you could imagine.

Just trying to get breakfast before church, employees are untrained and rude. The older woman in the drive thru window was popping an attitude first thing. I heavily don’t recommend going to this Dunkin’, I know we won’t be. They always seem to have issues with orders, and rude staff. This is New England, there’s another store down the way.

I routinely visit this dunkin as it is the most conveniently located for me. 5 or 6 times a week I place a mobile order 10-15 minutes before I get there. Nothing complicated, just an iced coffee. 2 or 3 times a week it is not ready when I get there and the "employees" are standing behind the counter just talking. I could understand if they were short staffed but this is not the case. They are just standing and talking and then look at me as if I'm the one in the wrong when I mention that I placed an order 10-15 minutes before arriving. Worst service I've had at a dunkin anywhere.
