Starbucks

Understaffed. And I get it. It’s like that everywhere! So I was understanding in the wait. One worker was pouring water for like 10 minutes, put on her apron and walked away? And left an older woman to make the drinks. I waited a half hour because there is no Starbucks near me and I had a gift card. A HALF HOUR, for the barista to make 6 drinks. 3 of which were macchiatos. And as I watched them(because I had time to kill waiting) they were made wrong. Macchiato usually has espresso on top and milk on bottom. She poured coffee in to cups then added milk. Then I finally get up to order and order a refresher. I waited in line that long to be told “hey everyone we don’t have this and this including whipped cream etc. and only have the kiwi refresher.” If you’re going to run out of stuff, or don’t have things, PLEASE post a sign?? Or even a post it on the plastic barrier so people can read? Or magnets up that block out what’s out of stock. I probably won’t be dealing with Starbucks, and for sure won’t go to this one.

They where out of EVERYTHING and they didn’t know how to make anything so whatever they did have they didn’t k ow how to make it I asked for a hot caramel Brulé latte and a grande and I didn’t even taste caramel in it it was just all espresso there wasn’t even whip cream on it and the app wasn’t working so you couldn’t even use points or anything like that or get your stars

We normally stop at Starbucks before our shopping and grab something. We were there on Saturday during the afternoon and the case with all the pastries and sandwiches was infested with tiny flies. It was extremely gross. There was only one barista working there at that time and she seemed very overwhelmed. There had been a spill of coffee beans which had not been cleaned up, she also had to run in the back three times while we were waiting for our drink. Additional staff especially on the weekends would be beneficial.

Absolutely the worst service. Waited for 15 minutes only for them to forget I even ordered something. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with and extra shot and all I got was milk and 2 inches of caramel in the bottom of my cup. All the two girls working wanted to do was play around and joke while then had a line of people waiting. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.
