Unfortunately there was only one thing that was good with my experience today, the tots. Other than that, I felt like no one gave a …. and the food/service resembled it. 2 cars in line and took 15 minutes to get food. Girl taking my order wasn’t pleasant. I was given the box of tenders and tots with the sauces on top with out a bag? I don’t come often but doesn’t everything come in a bag? Lol The topper, my tenders tasted like they were cooked at 9am and sat in a gas station warmer thing until lunch. I’m sorry and I hate leaving bad reviews but I just thing they should see this so they can step up their game. I like sonic!!! But this sucked.

Most nasty place I ever seen and bought food to just throw out. Very run down. Horrible management. Floors were so sticky and nasty when going into the facility to complain. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this place. I seen the dirtiest conditions when going in to make a complaint. 12 min wait time in the drive through just for them to forget part of my nasty order. I can’t believe this place even passes health inspections. I can’t believe how this place even still has doors opened. I wish I could give negative stars. They don’t even deserve a one star in my eyes

When we ordered onlind for pick up, we had to wait almost an hour for our food. They were extremely understaffed. This is not the staff of this shifts fault. Sonic needs to do a better job of making sure it's staffed. Now I get that there is a shortage of people who want to work, but an hour for a mobile pick up is ridiculous. Our food was extremely lack-luster at the very best description. We will never be eating at Sonic again.

If I could give this location a minus zero for stars for service I would. I don't even know where to start. We started out by trying to go into lobby, no signs anywhere saying the dining room was closed, then we tried using the drive up, but apparently those weren't working either and were told we had use the drive thru. When placing our order I wanted the #5 Fish sandwich combo and were informed that was no longer available and the cashier didn't know why they didn't change the board. While sitting at the window, my husband went to pay for our food we get informed they are taking cash only their credit card machine doesn't work, yet we watched the car ahead pay with a credit card. We sit and wait for 5-10 for our food and drinks, in the meantime the cashier is bringing drinks to the car behind us. When we get our food it's not hot, and taste is unsatisfactory. Not the Sonics that I remember. Our total time in line from beginning to end was almost 30 minutes. Very disappointed, will never visit this location again.

I brought my son here for a milkshake to cool down after his lacrosse game. we pulled in to a drive-in spot and were told they are closed and we have to use the drive-thru. We ordered 2 milkshakes and mozzarella sticks. We literally sat in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes. If there wasn't a car behind me and a 2 foot drop to the next parking lot I would have left. So we finally get to the window after 40 minutes. The milkshake were barely blended and the mozzarella sticks were not at all fresh. They were barely warm, the breading seemed stale. Just all around a really bad experience.

The address is explicitly listed on the SaveAround book coupon but they claim to not have a contract with them. They have a sign saying they don't accept certain coupons and SaveAround wasn't listed. Not like I would want to pay for the mediocre-at-best, price-inflated McDonald's-level quality without a coupon. Far better options nearby that offer better food at a better value.

Waited in line for 20+ minutes. The order was wrong. Got a cheeseburger kids meal. My kid opened it and it was chicken. When I brought the sandwich back the lady didn't seem surprised at all. She handed me a different sandwich and asked me to check to make sure it was a cheeseburger. Don't come here for food, only drinks.
