Great food, but way under staffed. At lunchtime, only having 2 people, which meant 45 minutes for an order, is not good. The 2 that were working to their credit were hustling like crazy and very friendly. But definitely need atleast 2 more people.

Good place for a hot or cold sub. Easy to order via the app and pick up. Friendly staff as well. Loved the Italian sub.

I really like the food here. My favorite is the smokehouse brisket. But they always ignore my request to omit the pickle. The app is very good as well. The music was a tad loud inside but not too bad.

My first visit to a Firehouse Subshop. Initial thought was menu was pricey and complex. I ordered the first item on the board, medium size hook and ladder. While it was being prepped, I had time to look around the store and noticed the signs documenting the extensive charity donations they made to local fire service organizations. I started to understand a bit of this shops mission.
My sub arrived, packed togo...so it wasn't until I got to my car that I bit into the terrific sub...fresh ingredients and stellar flavors and fresh roll...Best sub I've had in years.
Well worth the effort to seek out these shops!
