I ordered burrito bowl today at 7:10 pm online. It was missing hot red, medium green sauces and black beans. I didn’t order rice but they added rice in my bowl. This is second time I’m getting something different than I ordered. If this is the case ordering online, doesn’t make any sense. I live 15 mins away from this location so didn’t want to go and return it. If this happens the next time I definitely go and return it. NEVER ORDER ONLINE

I love chipotle, but not good experience this time here. The staff was good but service was too slow. I can’t believe there was no green sauce or red sauce. The bowl was dry. Even when I asked for queso in place of sauce, I was asked to pay extra.

Spent 20 min in line to find out there were NO Taco SHELLS!! REALLY !!
And the STEAK WAS ALL DRIED OUT !!! SEE PIC..
THEN... you don't get any plates or trays with ur food !!! When I asked why?? They said Covid !!!

COVID IS THE REASON U DO NOT OFFER plates or TRAYS !!!
Had to eat on a table with my food falling everywhere because I had NO PLATE OR TRAY!!!
I hope.this is not indicative of ALL Chipotles.. cause if so I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE going there as well !!

Very surprised to see the worst service. Very slow moving line which was out of the door. It took us 35 minutes to reach the order.... guacamole was turned brown and also taste odd and the lettuce was cut with all hard stamps(pictures attached). Did talk to the manager and he confessed they have employee issues and they are struggling to serve the customers.
And yes, they closed 7.00pm as they did not have employee to work after 7. We saw at least 25 to 30 customers going back from the door as they closed early.
So sad.

When I tell you this is the absolute WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been too, I’m serious! I tried to give this location a chance on 2 different occasions other than today & they constantly fall flat! This location need new management asap! If I could give negative stars, I would!!
The lines are always long as they never have enough people on the line! They also move extremely slow, like they don’t care how long they take or what you have to do.
They constantly run out of EVERYTHING!!! No matter what time of the day it is. On more than one occasion they’ll allow you to wait in a long line for about 20 minutes & when you get all the way to the front they tell you all the items they are out of… which are basic items that the store should have! I could see If it was towards the end of closing, but in many times it’s in the middle of the day…, today me along with a line full of people had to wait about 15-20 minutes because they ran out of chicken and steak…. The whole time there they didn’t make any announcements to let the other clients know smh.
The manager was not managing at all. She was cooking the meat and rolling her eyes at us because we were waiting. The other staff were online the back.. Not sure what they were doing. Also the two workers to the left making you go orders were literally cursing.
I f you are in this area. Just go to another location!!

If you guys are closing at 8 please update timings on Google, and if you guys are out of some of items please be considerate enough to mention to the customer that some of the items are not available So the customer can decide if they want the food anymore or not. If you can't say to everyone i would suggest to write a note on the door that you guys are almost done with certain items. People travel from certain distance and wait in line for a longer period of time. Please be considerate, thank you!

Ordered a pickup to be ready at 8:40 pm . It is now 9:14pm still not ready ! They have one person doing orders . Management needs to be ashamed of themselves. Leaving the staff to struggle like this . That goes all the way up to the owners!

SERIOUS FOOD POISONING RISK
I ordered a steak bowl with my girlfriend. It took over 20 Minutes before we gave up and asked for a refund.
The crew cross contaminated multiple times, and when asked for a refund the lady at the register disappeared for over 5 minutes no where to be found. No apology from the manager, nothing.
I love Chipotle, It's our favorite place to go for bowls. But this had to be the worst service i have experienced in my 28 years of life. I understand when a store has staffing issues but the lack of empathy or care that these employee's exhibited are on another level.
On the drive home my girlfriend and I theorized how it could be possible the steak took over 20 minutes to cook and really it came down to lack of accountability. The manager didn't care so why would the employees.
I don't usually like to give feedback unless it's positive BUT THIS is an exception.
