Panda Express

The staff was super friendly… I ordered steamed veggies, teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken…as I was eating my veggies I noticed it was super crunchy so I spit it out and saw there was a bug in my veggies. I can’t tell what kind of bug but beware! The manager told me he could do a meal replacement?! I was so heated!!! I took it back and got a refund and made a complaint with the inspector! The apology didn’t come until after I declined the meal replacement and requested a refund!! Beware!!

We gave 3 tries but the store at pleasant Hill is way better. The noodles are dry,. And most are over cooked. They even getting online orders wrong. We went there three times because it is just so closed to where I live, hopefully this will change their food quality. See picture,. Did they manage to burn the cabbage but is under cooked. Update:. After a year, my brother got take out from this location and huge improvement on food! See update picture. But still messed up my order "missing an item". . update to 3 star.

Worst Panda Express ever. No rice during lunch hour. There was a 1 Hour wait for rice. During lunch hour!!! While I was standing in line, every last person's order in the assembly line was out of sequence. If you choose to visit this location, please check your order before leaving and don't expect any rice. I GIVE!

They still owe me 2 free meals due to The fact who took our order just assumed I wanted 2 orange chicken as my choice negative I said 1 orange chicken and she didn't even let me finish my order we had 5 different orders and mine and my daughters were both messed up still have the names and the person who was filling in due to no manager on site. I called she said just come in and we will give you 2 free meals it's been 3 weeks let's see if they stick to their word. It's about time for some panda 🐼 express. I didn't put names but have all 4 2 manager day time and evening time. Plus the girl who took the order and the one whom I called and made a complaint. No spoon or fork nor napkins or fortune cookie her answer was its our responsibility to get our on spoon fork etc.. 🍽 seriously it's a to go order not over the phone walk in place our order and leave and asked is every thing in the bag. The girl was rushing the cooks saying hurry up we have a long line. No wonder my order was screwed up rushing me and the people working not professional at all.🙄😔 I have left before due to a long line out of teriyaki chicken and drove further for panda express🤦‍♀️..SMH 🐼 🙄
