Ive been to several star bucks in my area. This is by far the worst one I've been too. Every time I go here the drinks have absolutely no flavor when comparing it to the other locations. I ordered the white hot chocolate with whipped creme and coconut milk. I ordered the same thing from other locations before, no where near as good. Not only this order but in general whenever I get stuff from this location it just doesn't taste good, its bland. The drink tasted like luke warm milk with sugar. Terrible. The temperature of the drink was also horrible. The only positive thing from here was the service. They were absolutely fantastic to talk to. They took my order quickly and they were very kind. That's what earned them the two stars.

This Starbucks made me a PERFECT vanilla latte. It was hot, not too sweet and no foam. Just the way I asked for it. This doesn't usually happen at Starbucks when I order it so was incredibly pleased. Shout out to the staff at the Niles Starbucks.

This Starbucks knows how to make drinks and makes them look perfect too every time I'm out this way I get a drink. They listen when I ask for light ice when other places dont. I think other locations should be doing their training with the people at this location

Love their fast servicr and wonderful baristas. especially Logan, Shane, Max, Alice, and 2 others that I can't remember their names, sorry guys, haha!!!!
