Subway

I ordered from here for lunch today, called because they forgot my drink and cookies. Then at lunch I noticed my sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered so I came in to get it corrected. The lady and man had an attitude because I asked them to correct it for me, then were telling me how they made what was printed on my order. Which was not what I asked for in the app. What ever , I got my stuff , she basically just opened the incorrect one and added what I want and lastly threw it at me on the counter. Thanks for wasting my lunch time today.

Gift card purchases are supposed to be tax-free, but this subway is breaking state rules or finding loopholes so that gift cards are taxed today. I asked full refund but they refused. Do not buy gift card here! In addition, my sandwich order was terribly done w/o mayo and dressing I requested online.

I will never come back here. One of the guys making the subs is literally crazy and he wears his mask under his chin. He made was just throwing toppings on my sub and it was so messy to eat. And as soon as he checked me out, he got his phone out and proceeded to talk on the phone with someone SUPER LOUD! He was literally screaming for the entire duration of my meal! My sub fell apart instantly because he made it so poorly. This subway needs to be shut down. The Indian man that works here is very rude. He raised his voice at me and talked to me like I was stupid the entire time. He then proceeded to throw my money on the counter and stormed into the back of the room 🤣🤣 I was so confused because I wasn’t being rude to him and the other lady working there also noticed it.Terrible customer service and the sandwich tasted weird

I don't mind the food. It's like any other Subway. Not a fan of some of the veggies. Cucumbers were slimy and didn't look appetizing. Sandwich was pretty much topped with excessive amount of veggies and put together all wrong. Other thing is that one worker that never wears their mask correctly. They need to correct that fast. During these times, it's not the same. Sure I'm 4-6 feet away, but my sandwich isn't. Update 5/13/22: Same thing with lack of masks and again overkill with so much veggies. Requested that they take some off and he would add more of something else. That skinny guy is also something. Always loud and yelling with other employees. Not coming back.

DONT EVER COME HERE! THE WORKERS ARE SO SHADY AND DIRTY AND RACIST!!! JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE A GROUP OF THE SAME ETHNICY YOU THINK WE ARE ALL FAMILY??!! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR CO WORKERS WHO DONT KNOW ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE BESIDES TO ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER! YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK IF WE ARE ALL TOGETHER BEFORE ASSUMING ANYTHING! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
