Dunkin'

I tried giving this location multiple tries because it's right around the corner. Either the donuts are stale or the coffee order is always wrong. I finally had it with this location after I ordered a medium cold brew with sweet cold foam. What I got was a regular iced coffee with plain creme...I was on my way to work when I took a sip and realized what I got wasn't what I paid for even though the label said it was a cold brew with sweet cold foam. I don't know if they think they can pass and sell iced coffee as cold brew but it's definitely not the same taste. Taste your coffee before driving off

The employee who just started his shift after walking into the store prepared the sandwich I ordered. He did not wash his hands and also grabbed my food with his hands out of the plastic wrapping and oven, no tongs were used. Food safety hazard, I do not know what his hands touched before he came to work, will not be coming back.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. 3 times I order from them and all 3 times that are missing half the order after you pay a deliver fee and tip they tell you to go pick it up. Lol really ??? And after they hang up the phone on you. Don’t waste your time ordering from them they will mess up your food and hang up the phone on you like it’s your fault.

This is what you get for a large macchiato. Maybe a medium at most. Check your order before leaving because you may not get what you ordered. Macchiato taste bad and was not made per my instructions. They need to train the staff. Dunkin’ is not a brand it used to be. Want good cup of joe get it elsewhere but Dunkin’
