Dunkin'

Horrendous experience. The employee was in a horrible mood even before walking up to order. I ordered a donut after changing my mind about an iced coffee and as I got out of line the employee slammed my receipt on the counter and said “stupid idiot”. When’s I went back to ask him why he would say that to me he flipped out and started swearing and screaming at me. Completely unprofessional. That employee should not be working there anymore as he is giving a horrible reputation to Dunkin’ donuts. That was my first time ordering from Dunkin’ donuts and because of that horrible experience I will never buy from any other Dunkin’ donuts ever again.

Not surprised with everyone’s negative reviews. Horrible. 0/10. Been here maybe 10 times and always regret it. The last 3 times I paid with cash and they “forgot” to give me my change back. Whenever they forget an item I ordered they try to charge me for it again. The food always taste stale and frozen. They’re so understaffed they can’t operate properly, not to mention they have bad attitudes. Take the extra 2 mins and go to Tim hortons or Starbucks.

I received awful service today. The man working charged me $1.00 for hot water because I needed to warm up my babies bottle. After I asked him why he said it is store policy and said nothing in this world is free. He seemed very defensive and would not let me get a word in. I will not return.I went to another Dunkin donuts nearby and they gave my son ice water and gave us hot water for free.
