This place is busy but that just means they are well staffed and you always get fresh food. Even with the amount of customers in the drive through I still got my food quickly. Burger was so juicy and delicious. The drive through worker was very cordial and sounded genuine.

We were stopping for a quick lunch right before noon. First we went to go inside and the lobby was locked. Got back to car to go through drive thru, no one answered after multiple minutes. Pulled up to the window and still nothing so we took our business elsewhere. Was extremely disappointed.

so i don't know how to explain this.... but i went to this location today while i was out (usually go to Porter) and the nuggets at the NFB location are sooooo much better. they're crisp on the outside and taste... well... cooked... inside. when i get the 4 for $4 at the Porter location i feed the nuggets to nature as they're like.... mushy and weird. i don't know if they're not kept in the fryer long enough or stored weird or what.

Customer service is pretty good but they mess up your order fairly frequently and the food isn’t always hot but what else can you expect from a Wendy’s

Wendy's is really dropping the ball. I used to love this place but they keep disappointing. Their fries are always cold, never salted, and their bacon always looks undercooked. Aren't they advertising a guarantee that your fries will always be hot and fresh???? They are definitely lacking on that. I don't live that far, so there's no way they got that cold from the drive home.

Friendly staff and quick service. Food was hot and tasty. Dropped a star because the tables in the dining area were not wiped down. The tables were empty when I got there and still not cleaned when I left.

The staff was pleasant but very busy, therefore our order took longer than usual for a fast-food place. The food was sloppily packaged, understandably so because of their business, however, it is called a fast food restaurant. I would recommend this place during its off peak hours.
