Dunkin'

This location is an absolute joke. There is no regard for mobile orders, walk ins come first and there is zero sense of urgency to get beverages made. Staff is rude as hell and the woman making beverages was opening one packet of Sweet n Low at a time to add to someones drink. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 20 minutes prior before finally walking out and contacting customer service for a refund. I will NEVER return to this location and would suggest you go elsewhere if you don’t have a leisurely schedule to be standing around waiting ridiculous amounts of time for a coffee or tea.

I ordered food from here the first time and it tasted like sanitation products. I called to let them know and they just apologized and told me to come back for a free small coffee(?). Figured it was a fluke, no big deal. ITS NOT A FLUKE. THEIR FOOD HAS SANITATION PRODUCTS IN IT. THEY CLEAN THEIR COUNTERS OR WHATEVER AND DONT CHANGE GLOVES. I TASTE IT EVERY SINGLE TIME. THIS DUNKIN IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

Extremely RUDE!! no sense of customer service what so ever. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have worked at Dunkin’ in the past and I have never ever had this sense of rudeness to customers at all. I get that sometimes this job is stressful and can be annoying at times. HOWEVER that doesn’t give you the right to be extremely rude to people. Will not be coming here EVER AGAIN!!

At 11:30AM today, I saw who I’m assuming is the supervisor yell at the female employee when she was making my drink. He yelled at her for everything she did and I felt horrible. After she finished making my drink, he decided to sprinkle a LOT of cinnamon at top but I didn’t order cinnamon in my drink. I was upset at how he treated her and the fact that he was the one to ruin my drink. On top of all of this, he was talking with his mask pulled down. It was really disappointing and I don’t think any employees should be treated like that.
