Discussing service today the staff member (male) very rude and didn’t packed it well. I used to come here often but today they just failed the service . No customer greeting, no smile on faces. Rude and arrogant staff .👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Got a new guy so it took a little longer but that's not a bad thing. This is my local subway and I've been here more times than I can count. It has a really relaxing environment and outside dining all in all good food

Very disappointed. Waited in a queue and asked for toasted patties. Served with icy cold veggie patties and unmelted cheese rushing too much seeing the people lining up.

Not much salad at all was placed on our footlong subs. For the price you pay this should be a given. Lady serving didn't understand English overly well

One of the staff is rude with the customers, doesn't even know how to talk and how to treat the customers... And doesn't listen what the customers are trying to say.. better avoid going during her shift..

Food is gear but it takes 45m-1hr for your order to be made if you order late/early morning.
Not ideal, especially if you're on a schedule. Absolutely recommend to the managers to look into the late shift workers. Either their flat out at 2-4am or they are slacking off.
Don't like leaving mostly negative reviews but clearly operating during these hours is not working properly.

Ordered through uber, store requested more time to prepare. An hour later the food arrived, obviously toasted but stone cold? And a brown avocado toastie? Did you make the order and then let it sit for an hour? Think the good reviews here were left by staff under duress tbh 😂

Store wouldn't allow my daughter to use her subway loyalty card which had money on it. Luckily my daughter had a friend with her and her friend paid.
