Subway

Went yesterday for lunch. Wife ordered steak and guacamole wrap. No guacamole in it. They forgot to put it in. We were in a hurry so she ate half of it. These employees look like they hate their job. For real. They were all pushy and more concerned about pushing people through the line than customer satisfaction. The food was decent. Place was clean. But I won’t go back here because I’m not trying to deal with attitude. Terrible customer service. Judging by the reviews it’s been like this for a long time. I love subway just not this one. Go to Firehouse Subs, you won’t regret it.

Ordered a while back and wasn't going to post a review but it seems like many others share the same problem; getting served. My husband and I both came in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. We rang the bell, and a guy and girl, who both looked as if they didn't want to work came from the back. No hats or visors, rude as hell. They looked pretty upset that they had to work. Don't know her name, but was skinny with dark hair. Anyway, maybe she doesn't need to be there since so many people are complaining?

Ehhhh, well the food tastes great and everything,but the employee which made my and the patron before myself was just awful. She seemed to hate life and everyone in it, she was very snappy and rude, seemed to get very upset that she had to come out of the back room,to work. Myself and the other customer stood waiting for anyone to come out to take our order for about 10 min, the other customer rang the bell to get the attn. of anyone to come and that seemed to irritate her very much, while making the orders she seemed to get angry that he wanted more then one sandwich and kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing, while preparing sandwich, each vegetable that we asked for she got irritated and literally put barely nothing on the sandwich and only put sauces on half the foods, when asked if she could add more, we were ignored 3times, to which we then gave up. GOD FORBID we ask her for a drink as well. She was very rude and in no way did she try to correct her mood or actions and our food was slung to us to which the man b4 me ,his subs literally were pushed/slid/slung with such force it fell of the counter onto the floor, with no apologies what so ever from her. I could understand if she was treated rudely by him or I ,but she wasnt, him and I gave her the upmost respect and were still treated bad. I will not be going back to that subway, at least not if I see her there working. I struggle to decide if I should call corporate or her manager, because I know how bad people need there jobs, but on the other hand, customers shouldn't be treated the way we were either.

My oh my, seems I'm not the only one feeling this way. A woman by the name of Teresa made my food today and it will be the last time. She was rude and topped it off by calling me m'am with a snide smirk on her face as I left. Customer service had been hit or miss for a while but I'm through. You will not get another dollar out of me or my family from this point on. Oh, and tell your employees to be more observant of the people waiting to order, we shouldn't have to wait for people to pay attention for a damn second.

I was in this establishment about a week ago and it was really busy and the nice woman starting the subs put bread into the oven and asked the old lady on the register to watch the clock so the bread didnt burn and the old lady looked at her and said she didnt need to set a timer that when she bakes the bread she watches it and then when the nice woman starting the subs turned to take the next order she did the hand motion for "retard" and i hate even typing that word because it is such a disgusting word. I was really offended by this behavior and especially knowing the old lady is the manager of what i thought was a great place to get food. This isnt the first time i have seen her do something of this nature she is always talking down to whom ever she is working with. I think her name is Kim. She is the reason i nor my family will return to this location. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I thought the first time i heard her being rude to the employees that maybe she was just having a bad day but it continued to happen everytime i came in. Im sorry but i wont spend my money at a restraunt that has poor management and treats their employees in such a manor.
