Pezzo Pizza Uno (newton)

My office orders out for lunch every friday. We chose Pezzo today. So It was my turn to pick up lunch for the office. Well, let me tell you. I won't be doing that again. When I arrived, the total was $52. When I go to pay for the order, I had $20 cash and the rest on my debit card. "oh no, we can't do that" "you can't do split payments?" "oh the computer changed". some other man comes around the counter to take over and very clearly says "ok, $20 cash and $32 on the card" so imagine my surprise when I'm signing the receipt and I see the total for $39 and change. Go ahead Pezzo keep the extra $7 you overcharged me. You need to update your menu prices online because my calculator tells me you overcharged me from the beginning. I will not be back. My family will not patron your establishment and shame on you. Do better.

My family loves this place! I said to my friend "Wow, this pizza is really good!" He jumped right in "Everything they make is good" It's true! They have an extensive menu of AUTHENTIC Italian dishes' A week ago I ordered a whole bunch of items for company I had and boy, did they eat! I wouldn't go anywhere else even if it was free.

My family is the type to eat out Italian 1-2 times per week. I've been going to Pezzo's on and off for years, not as much as of lately. For starters they have been consistently screwing up simple orders, my guess is that it involves the young staff answering calls. I also notice that when paying it appears they maybe* attempting to overcharge me, regularly. Recently I asked how much my order was, he said $62 very clearly. Now for what I ordered that was a hefty price tag. When I questioned him that $62 became a $52 quickly and blamed me for not understanding him. I'd agree with that if that wasn't the 3rd or so mis-understanding in the past 3 months. The food is good but I don't stand for over charging and screwed up orders regularly. Maybe if you guys change somethings you can get back to good service I use to get. In the meantime I highly recommend Casa Mia in Sparta, NJ to anyone looking for consistent good service. 👍
