Delicious donuts it was a huge line nobody was coughing and sneezing... line moved Wicked quick only negative is there's no drive-through but who gives a shiz... I love Dunkin Donuts I've been coming here forever but not to this one, to other ones but they're all the same........

Went there to get a Peppermint Mocha Latte for my husband after a trying appointment at the hospital to try and cheer him up. Only to be told their latte machine was broken. Disappointed.

I love coming to this Dunkins. It's pretty fun in the morning. Everyone is pleasant. This place is fast and accurate. I wish the parking lot wasn't so crazy, so if you cant park correctly, just park on the street or near the liquor store. I usually do that so then I can sit in the car and people watch the people who drive like nuts in the morning. This is my go to Dunkins when I'm in Newton. Gives me a good laugh before I head home.

Stay away from this location.
Workers are more concerned with socializing than working.
Cups have a line where the coffee is supposed to be filled. The workers continue to fill it 2 inches below and apart of me feels like this was done on purpose.
I went back to have it done and two ladies proceeded to speak in Português as if I didn’t understand bad mouthing me.
I think workers need to understand that customers do pay for coffee and I expect it to be done correct! I mean how hard is it to pour coffee!

Worked in Needham for 5 years and still my favorite Dunkin donuts to date.

I am not a big coffee person but I was in the mood for a chocolate frosted donut. The donut was fresh and delicious.

This place has consistently quick service and accurate orders. That's all I ask for when I go to a chain. Nothing stands out except for the fact they have a parking lot, which plenty of Dunkin do not. Other than that, the drinks and food taste the same as they would and should elsewhere. I only pop by on the weekends however so I cannot say how busy it is during rush hour and whether this would be a good place to go in the morning before work.
