It took 10 minutes for them to take my order in the drive thru. The breakfast menu wasn't even turned around. Ordered 1 breakfast burrito, it was sticky and tore apart when I opened the wrapper. 1 sausage biscuit, it was cold. 1 egg and cheese biscuit. It was the best out of all 3 items. *Edited* After speaking to the Manager, Rick, he assured me that he was working to make things right. He was very pleasant and very apologetic! I look forwarding to stopping back in and giving them another shot. updated to 3 stars for their willingness to make things right.

I've loved this particular location for years.. the same guy has seemed to 'manage' it whether that's his title or not I am not sure. But today was awful.. the lady working the front register was obviously elderly and not very quick and yes we waited for 30ish minutes just to make an order with several behind us and before us.. she was falling behind and asked for assistance and the manager instead of giving her help or asking another to take the other register he just came up and basically belittle her infront of all the guests and just completely ignores her asks for help.. I may have to seriously question if I will come back.

Web site shows they are open till 1:00 am.. Arrived at 8:50 pm , walked in ..Was told " Abruptly and Rudly" .. You need to go through pilot and use the app !! When I attempted to state that the web showed them Open.. The Manager Walked Away and continued to state "Go around and Use the App, or Drive Thru" .. I drive a 70 foot Rig .. I was tempted to use Drive Thru after that Treatment.. !! Manager needs to find another Job!! ITS A TRUCK STOP!. Deny Truckers Access !! REALLY .. Not Rocket Science! ..
