Thank you SHAMAYA for the friendly, good fast service. The food was very good. I forgot there were new fries and they were awesome! The only issue was I only got four tenders and not five as I ordered. The other order had all five tenders. A good value of a meal. I was getting back on the road and by the time I opened my box I was already on the highway. We aren’t locals.

The chicken was good. The customer service was o.k. They say that they give senior discount, but only on big purchase, and for 5 percent... really ? All KFC I have been to give the discount. She flat refused . I just wont go back to this location. OTHER restaurants in the area do, and are glad to get the business....this location was in Newnan Georgia.

I ordered a bucket of chicken with 3 sides at the drive through window and asked for plates since we were going to eat the meal immediately. I was told that due to covid they did not supply plates. I then asked for plastic wear and napkins which they said okay. After we had driven away to picnic outside we found they did not put the utensils in the bag. We had chicken but no napkins and could not eat the potatoes, gravy and slaw because we had no plates or utensils. Very disappointed since I was taking my 82 mother who is in isolation out to eat. I did not want to make an unnecessary shopping trip to get the plates and plastic ware.
