Panera Bread

Wanted to have lunch with my family on an afternoon Sunday. Panera sounded great, I was wrong. Staff was inconvenienced by us and it showed. Order was wrong and the food didn't taste as it usually does. On top of that, I watched how they clean or sanitize the tables.. if you are worries about covid in any way don't come here. She sprayed the table and knocked the crumbs off, that's it.. dont waste your time.

I work with doordash and this is easily one of the slowest Panera’s I’ve had to deal with. I’ve been there twice today for pickups and had to wait past the estimated time both times. The first time I thought I was the only person in the store around 9AM it took me a while to find an employee but it was only an extra 4 or 5 minute wait so it wasn’t a big deal. The second time was around noon, I waited for 25 minutes past my pick up time, which happens to be 15 minutes past my delivery time. For some of you, you may think “oh no a wait, we all deal with it” but driving for a delivery app if I’m more that 10 minutes late to anything then too many times I can be fired. When it’s your livelihood on the line it’s a much different story.

I admit it has been over a year since we got food from here. I wasn't to impressed with the service or the quality of the food. On a whim we went pack today and I could not have been more impressed. All the employees were so helpful and friendly and the food was back up to par. Whatever you are doing there, keep doing it.

I would not recommend Rapid Delivery at this location. After placing my order online, when I arrived I was told they were out of one thing, so they threw something else in. When I checked my receipt, they omitted two items. When I called back I was told that they actually had it, and I could come back. That defeated the convenience factor for me. We will go next door to Einstein Bagels in the future.
