Subway

Staff literally laughed at my partners order and scoffed at her. Bad experiences here very often. Bread regularly undercooked, the young staff close early which I know management would not approve of. Often refuse service after 6pm when they’re advertised as closing at 7 and constantly rude. This is the worst subway in the whole Newcastle region be aware everyone

Years ago I bought a meal from this store when they had unlimited drink refills. I was never given nor even offered a receipt. Since all the tables inside were full I had to go outside and eat my meal. After I had finished, I went back inside to refill my drink that I had payed for and was accused of stealing. The staff said that I "brought in a Subway cup from home"!!! Are you serious? What a joke, it was ultimately you whom stole from me.

I visited your store today for a late lunch. I was in a hurry. DIdnt want much. The young girl that served me was brilliant. Helped me without a problem and was so very fast. All I wanted was a cheese and tomato roll..and it was the nicest one ive ever had! Well dont to the girl working there at 3.30 pm today
