Ordered online for delivery. You get updates online for when your food is on its way and delivered. I got notified that my food was delivered but it wasn’t. Tried calling and no one answers. So now I’m stuck at worth with no food. And can’t even get my money back because no one answers the phone.

I really enjoyed the New Caramel Apple Cookie it just enough sweetness and don't feel guilty about it i High recommended it and i would get it again.

Zero stars in my book. Placed an online order of about $50 worth for myself and coworkers to be picked up at 11:30AM. They made the sandwiches at 7:45 AM and emailed me stating the time to pickup. I tried calling 20+ times since I was obviously at work and couldn't leave, never reached anyone. I get there at lunch break and they refused to make the order at the correct time and gave us $50 worth of soggy sandwiches, saying that it's not their fault the website messed up. Also, they don't wear masks while making the food or talking to customers. Very unprofessional.

Worker was very rude and slammed drive thru door on customers face for asking why others were serviced when she was waiting before them. He also refused to give managers name and contact information when asked so a complaint could be filed. This is all on video as well. UNACCEPTABLE!

The staff are always courteous and my orders are always on point. Like that I can order online.. Give them a time and pay for it, then just walk in and grab it.

To start off, the John Lopez ‘local guide’ has pics of the WRONG subway. This subway is extremely slow and can only handle one car and one order at a time. So your order is not taken until the car in front of you has paid and left. I have been here 8-10x and it is that way every time.. I have always had polite service but for whatever reason they are extremely slow.
