Dunkin'

Horrible staff. They are rude and one of them hurried me inside when coming in behind me, literally telling me to hurry. Go to 896 Dunkin Donuts even if it is a little out of the way. I ordered a large coffee and there was an inch of cup left when they could have filled the cup. Dirty too the store is gross.

This Dunkin’ is the best— in & out in like 2 minutes, friendly service, & divine java. I go to this one daily during the semester & I can’t remember them ever messing my order up. 11/10. Also just wanna put this out there, if you leave a review complaining about operating hours of an establishment… that’s a you problem. Much love for Main Street Dunkin’. You are my heart and soul.

Maybe it's the new hire at this Dunkin but lately the service has been awful. Latest week I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins to be served and there was no line. I came in last Saturday around 4 pm. The girl seemed to be on her phone or something. Then I came in today and I had to wait to be served again. I stood at the register waiting for service and no one was behind the counter even though a few customers were there. The customers were asking to speak with the manager because the lady allegedly said she was gonna come get her son to beat up the customers. I stepped outside because I felt uncomfortable. From the window I can see that the cashier came back and was arguing with the customers. Apparently the cashier was arguing with the customers saying " they didn't have a dime to their name" and was denying them service (the customers were black, white cashier). I went back inside to get my cookies and cream iced cappuccino that I wanted originally and I had to ask for someone to come service me because the manager and the cashier had stepped away again. I asked the manager "What was the problem?" He said "I don't know what they're crying/ whining about". I shook my head and said to him "Man I've been coming here for a while and I've never this before. What is the problem" he couldn't tell me. The customers where extremely upset with the service and I felt bad for them. The cashier lady was being extremely rude and the customers are currently still in the store. This happened at 4 p.m today.

I don’t go to this location of Dunkin’ unless I have to. I much prefer the other locations in the area. This one almost always gets my order wrong whether I order on the app or not (and it’s not even a complicated order, just a basic iced coffee with almond milk!). They charge $0.75 extra for almond milk and consistently put regular milk in the drink instead. Awful! Other than that, it’s your typical Dunkin’ Donuts chain.
