Used the drive thru. Good service and tastey food. Had a monster energy drink.

First time I came here, they messed up my order in the drive thru so I looped around, and they fixed it without a problem. The second time I came here, they didn't put any napkins or anything in the bag for my donut. The coffee was extremely hot, but I guess it can be expected. Overall, the location is ok because there was no problem with the food itself.

There was a strong chemical smell when we walked in. Gave me a headache. When we inquired about why, the employees ignored us. We ordered cheese melts, the bread was not toasted and honestly don't know how the cheese melted unless they microwaved it. I'll never go back!

The munchkins are listed as $5.99 for a box of 50 my receipt indicates that Dunkin’ Donuts in Newark New Jersey on South Street charge me $7.49 which is $1.50 in tax no way is there $1.50 tax when taxes are only 3% in NJ . The munchkins are advertised as $5.99 on the menu board DORIS was RUDE and Yvette the Manager said Dunkin Donuts prices went up. Dunkin’ Donuts need to get it together . I’m giving them one star rating and reporting them to the BBB for price gouging.

Had to go back twice today hash browns was burnt and so what the second batch I ask for.This everytime this is why I try not to go there.Today was alot of miss ups at this location.

The employees are very welcoming and all smiles. Everything about service is on point. The location however, is a little scary to me. I'm a dude who knows how to take care of business. Im also from out of town. Keep that in mind. It's my first time here and the area looks like something out of Friday the 13th. So... love the place and service but don't ever go after sunset if u ask me.

If I could rate this location and it's manager a 0 I WOULD!!!
He is extremely unprofessional, always rushing me thru the drive thru.
I noticed that there's more people complaining about the same issue, the manager needs to be replaced!
Next time I go there I will take my grandmothers car, a 1987 Buick that always breaks down, hopefully it breakdowns right on the drive thru so that we need to call the tow truck and it takes a couple hours...

The staff is really nice i just wish they had at least one more employee working the day shift,someone assigned just to the register would definitely speed things up...
