Found a hair in my sandwich. The quality of food at this location just doesn't compare to other Panera locations.

I use to love Panera but this one was not good. The lady who took my order was rude. She was mean, didn't even say anything afterwards. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted it wasn't. Just not a good experience.

I didn't realize it was possible to mess up orders this badly.... 1) didn't get a mac and cheese in the bag, 2) got two slices of bread (???) instead of a baguette, and 3) got an unknown panini instead of a tomato mozzarella flatbread... Thanks a lot panera!!

Panera is not what it used to be. It used to be fun and delicious . Now they are "clean" and just not as casual. I used to work at Panera years ago. So different.
This location- it took over 10 minutes to get my order and it was ridiculously slow. One customer in front of me, and I saw at least 4 team members, yet my simple order of half salad and sandwich took what felt life forever when you're on your work break. The chicken in salad was dry and blah. The sandwich was okay nothing to be excited about. Nothing here tastes as good as it used to.
The dishes were overflowing by the tray station despite the incredibly slow time of day.
The upgraded bowls and trays were nice.
Bathroom was gross.

Their sandwiches have become too small. I ordered a hot sandwich and chips. I was still super hungry. Why did you mess with the portion sizes? For what you get, it is not worth the prices. I can order from any restaurant that has take-out and get much more food for the money. Will not go back again.

As far as quick and easy restaurants go, not a bad option. As far as Paneras go, definitely not the best I've been to. It was fairly evident that the people working here do not put much effort into their work, at least based on the quality of the food and their attitudes. The manager is a nice guy, though.
