Arby's

I left the drive thru and drove 3 miles and turned around to go back because my sandwich was wrong, now evidently all Arby's sandwiches come with cheese unless you tell them not to put it on. I have not been to an AR bys for a year or two, and will not go back because the food was gross tasting, you must make yourself used to eating this kind of stuff evidently. I took the mistaken sandwich home because they would not take it back and told my wife she could have it because she likes cheese, she took one bite and the rest of it is going to the compost pile.

Worst experience at any Arbys ever! Ordered 2 chicken tender cheddar sandwiches and 1 crispy chicken sandwich, got 3 chicken tender cheddar sandwiches. Everything was COLD! I definitely won't be returning. General Manager Cheyenne was quick to apologize like she was used to saying it. Asked her for the district manager name and phone number and she stated she couldn't give it to me because that was personal information?? Very very dissappointing.

Sat at window 20 mins for my food wanted no tomato on the sandwich lady at the window even reminded them no tomato yet they still put them on. Also asked for a roast beef and cheddar sandwich guess what no cheddar and too top it off in the side of cheese I got for my fries there was an eyelash hair yuck!!
