Mcdonald's

Went thru the drive thru and was asked to pull up to wait for my order. Did so and waited while 12 cars came thru after me. Finally pulled into a parking spot and proceeded to go into the lobby which was locked. Tried knocking on the glass door, no response after knocking loudly repeatedly.... Workers started walking into sight, saw me and continued to ignore me. Knocked louder and finally a worker yelled to me "what do you need" I showed me receipt for my food on the glass and yelled to her my order. The manager walked to the door and flung the food at my chest. I said really not even an apology for my wait or anything? She said I didn't know you were there and pushed passed me to go back in.... Terrible way to do business.

Where do I start...Every morning their credit card system is always down, so it's cash only!! No one has cash on them at 5am in the morning and your on your way to work so that's a major issue! I ordered a steak egg & cheese bagel meal Substituting the folded egg for a round egg. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER 4 TIMES!! My receipt even said round egg. The excuse they gave me for my sandwiches being messed up was "there's a language barrier between Them and the sandwich makers". If that's the case..they don't need to be making people's food. It's a shame you can't go to your neighborhood McDonald's to place an order and they get it rite the first time. You have to drive down the road 10 mins out of your way to the next McDonald's for a better customer experience. I'll NEVER Patronize this McDonald's ever again. I'll stick to going to Chick-fil-A right next door where the customer service is always on point and their credit card machine is ALWAYS working.
