I told the man behind the counter I wanted a 6” sub and asked for the kind of bread, he responded by pointing at the bread options and telling me to pick one after I already had. I responded with my answer again and he promptly started making some kind of sub without asking me what kind I wanted. When finally beginning the correct sandwich he was slow and had to be reminded how much of each ingredient he should put on by another employee - probably in training, but still frustrating along with everything else. When I went to cash out he asked me, “Are you sure you don’t want to change your mind again?” I also am anUber driver and they have a promotional free sandwich there once in a while, but they refused it. I had already gone through the whole process though and just paid for it.

I went last night it was September 26 2018 and time was near 8.00 pm...and a guy working was really mean to my family and when I ask him are you owner he said no and he mentioned his name is victor...owner shud check camera’s how he behaved at the time....when I parked my car in parking a lot I saw him he was looking crazy at that-time, may be they were about to close but still have an hour to close...when we start with our order he was crazy putting stuff on our subs like we are not paying him...he asked to go or for here,I said for here and he started shaking his neck...it was a embarrassment for me that time and when we was about to leave I asked him for some Nepkins and he stare at me and and throws papers on my hand...SO IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY....

My beef (pardon the pun) is that the sandwich you see advertised looks nothing like what you receive. Advertised sandwiches appear to be filled with meat on TV. I ordered a sandwich recently and on the 6 inch roll were four half slices of meat and cheese. I added some lettuce and tomato but the sandwich still dwarfed in size what they show. My recommendation is to go to a deli where your dollars give you more meat and cheese for the buck. Why should you pay $5.00 for bread.
