Hooters of New Castle is your typical Hooters - all the regular good stuff is there : tens of large TV screens with all sorts of sports streaming live, that feel-good ambience, THOSE EXTREMELY DELICIOUS WINGS, those waitresses and their wits about them. The place is hard to miss while you're driving past it. We (myself and 2 more friends from the ship) went there on a Sunday evening so the place was quite packed and despite that I must say we didn't have to wait too long for our orders. We were served by Laurel (spellcheck Apologies if any) who was extremely helpful, quick and prompt (in addition to being cute with that smile of hers) to take our order and make sure in turn if we needed a refill or place another order or such. We had four different kinds of wings and four pitchers of different beers and sure had a good time. The food was served hot, beer served chilled and everything was in time. Would surely recommend this place to everyone passing by for a quick (or not so much) bite. 👍🏽👍🏽 P.s. just FYI, the concerned person (people even) should know that Angry orchid didn't give either of us a bad hangover! 😅

Typical Hooters restaurant. I recommend the Daytona wings (finished on the grill). The wing recipes are good. But still not the same as from the original recipes that were changed around the early 2000's. I wish they also still had the clam chowder. Also, an easily missed item in the menu is the seasoning you could add to the fries or tots. I am a fan of the old bay seasonee fries. Was served by a beautiful Asian waitress tonight. Thats always a plus (for me 😁)

Where do I start. Service was some of the poorest I have ever seen. Food was wrong. 2 people didn't get orders taken. The list goes on and on. If someone has an allergy to something please just don't take it back and remove that one part. That doesn't help any. I could do that myself. It's not funny. Or a joke. And it's not hard getting checks to people. 20 minutes to get a few checks. Nope. I'll never go back to any of them. When you have to comp 1/3 the bill because they didn't get food. You just do the whole table. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Zero stars. Oh my God Zero stars. And clean your restroom. Gross!!!

Had an amazing time celebrating my son's 21st Birthday!! They were extremely accommodating (we had 12 people to our party) and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! We ordered a lot of food...over 100 wings, burgers, appetizers, and lots of drinks and all of it came out quickly, hot and fresh!! And the place wasn't slow either!! Our waitress, Anyelle (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) was AMAZING!! She was super friendly and courteous with everyone and we never had to wait for anything!! Best service we have ever received there!! Thank you for making my son's Birthday one to remember!! If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!!!

First off I would like to say that I'm totally disappointed at this location (New Castle)! About two weeks ago me and my coworker was trying to call in a order and no answer. We kept trying and trying so after like the 4th or 5th time calling we just went elsewhere. So today Sunday (3/27/2022) @ 8:15pm I tried to call in a order and no answer. So I decided to go in to see what was the issue and if they could accommodate me with their wing special price, The lady over in the togo area declined. Once I asked the reasoning for not answering the phone she said (O when were busy, We don't answer the phone). So when I asked if I could get a discount for my inconvenience, She declined nonchalantly! So I just walked off! DEFINITELY done with this place and would NOT recommend to anyone! And mind you, I ordered from there faithfully on Tuesdays but never again!
