Wingstop

Hit & miss. Sometimes the wings are good. Only location in town so we settle. But it’s terrible that they have turned off the online ordering. When you call they put you on hold immediately. Line disconnects and if it doesn’t disconnect they never come back to take your order. Wish there was a better location near by.

Ordered my fiancé and I an order of boneless wings and an order of traditional wings for Mothers Day online through there website with a pickup time hours from the order time. When it was time to pick up, we got our food and got it home (which we live about 5 minutes away). We opened order to find that both the boneless/traditional wings were old as if they’ve sat for several hours. The fries were cold and soggy. I remember when this location use to have 5 star service but not sure what happened

This review is for solely for the service and availability of the online and phone ordering system Never can get anyone on the phone no matter what time of the day/night is it. Worst of all if no one is available to pick up the phones, you would think they want their online business… nope. You can’t even put in an online order with this location… This is the first bad experience o have had with Wingstop. What is going on with this location?

Sadly one star is as low as I'm allowed to go on here. Staff do not answer the phone, no customer service skills at all...after waiting in line for EVER my daughter brought our food home and they couldn't even put all of food in the bags. Because staff don't answer the phone, someone had to drive back to ask for a refund. Now they won't refund the money for the for missing food. Instead shoves food at us thinking that will make it right. Realize it won't make a huge difference if at all...but wingstop has lost business from this household. At least at the New Braunfels location.

Food and service has always been great! Reason for the 3 star is their website declines online orders during specified times for some reason, which wouldn’t be an issue since they have a phone, right? This location NEVER answers their phone. Called 5 times in the span of 30 minutes last month making sure to space it out, assumed they were busy. They never picked up. Happens every time now. Reviewing now because the same thing is happening on their site and calls are going to an automated system after about 20 seconds of ringing. Not a huge deal, just gotta wait until the website lets you order online. But their site should remove their number or notate that they don’t take calls.
