What a gorgeous spot for a quiet drink! Check out what’s on as there are fun events/themes every night & the cocktail menu is to die for! I had a passionfruit margarita & my friend had a ginger nut - they were strong & flavoursome. Very knowledgeable bar tender & the food looked amazing! Gorgeous decor & various seating options. Would definitely return!

Amazing little bar, great sounds, so many tasty cocktails for $18-$20, loved the Ginger Nut one and the Passionfruit Margarita. Lots of Mexican tapas to choose from and a different theme night each night of the week eg taco Tuesday yum! Dimly lit but great vibe not dodgy.

it was a packed house and 9pm on a Saturday Night...so service was compromised due to being very busy...BUT they handled it well despite this...the Live Band....great musicians...didn't care for there music its structures AND lyrics.....not my cup of tea....the crowd appreciated them...me and my date felt differently...
Good Place....will return...hopefully with my OWN originals band!!...

This is one of our favorite spots in Nelson. Granted we came here during public holiday and many other places were closed due to that fact. The service was top notch and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was very friendly and fun. I highly recommend.

We visited Red while we were in Nelson and it felt like home away from home. One of those places you can jump in and find your community, listen to some music, sing a song, dance if you feel up to it, or just sit back with some pals and have a pint. 10/10 recommend coming on Thursdays for open mic night or any day for that matter.

Dog Friendly! What a find! Awesome Owners, great crowd, there was live music when we went & everyone seemed happy & responsible. Such a treat to be able to go to the pub with our pup! They're even allowed inside if you want but we just enjoyed it outside 😊

Awsome spot for a bar and great customer service. Food here is nice enough for a price. It's a tidy outfit a small group would enjoy to visit.

Fabulous for a drink. Prefer the tacos were not served all at once as my second was stone cold when time to eat.
