The staff are doing great, they're super attentive and very fast workers. The lovely blonde gentleman was really helpful in finding me a seat with plug socket access.

Staff are great alway polite and great service. My go to drink is the caramel latte and its always on point unlike other costa's ive been too

Worst Costa I've ever been to. Many of the staff are abrupt sometimes to the point of being rude. There are one or two nice staff members but the others make it such a poor experience. The place starts shutting down at around 4 when they …

I’ve used this Costa for ages and it is always a great experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful towards my wife and daughter’s dietary needs. They always make sure the milks are kept separate as their allergy is quite severe.
