This place is absolutely horrible now. I would give it a zero if I could. Multiple times I have been sitting behind other cars in the drive through during their "open hours" only to find out they are closed. They don't even bother to put up a sign. If you aren't going to stay open during your regular hours of operation can you not at least turn the dang lights off and put a sign up? There's no knowing on any given night if you will be able to get food or not. I'm done trying.

this is my third time coming to this restaurant because it's convenient but I waited in the drivethur for 15 minutes and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food and then my food wasn't cooked properly fast food is like a bad girlfriend I will never eat fast food again in my life I will never support or promote this establishment. horrible customer service the people that drive to don't listen and they love to argue... customer service is at its lowest

I specifically asked for Fresh Food but, was given Stale, Hard, Horrible Food. Even after asking if, I needed to wait for Fresh. No Ma'am we just dropped them. Putting Stale Food in Hot grease Doesn't make them Fresh! Totally Ridiculous

Very rude lady working at the window. They do not offer the same coupons as the rest of the Burger Kings around such as the two for $10 Whopper meal deal. I guess this is why your drive-thru line stays empty all day. Lol

Terrible service. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru at 7:30 pm in the evening. Staff unmotivated with no sense or respect of time.

All burger king's are not created equal, but this one is a good one. Food was nice and hit and service was quick.

I went to this Burger King yesterday for breakfast and when I got home I realized that they had given me the wrong sandwich. I called them and finally got someone on the phone. She said that her name was Lisa and if I came back they would replace my sandwich, just ask for Lisa. I said that I may be able to make it back today or tomorrow. Immediately, I drive back and the drive thru personnel remembered me. They asked if they got my order wrong and I said yes. The lady at the drive-thru said Ham not Bacon correct? I said yes. I get home and I've got another bacon sandwich. I called again and got Lisa on the phone and she said, "why didn't you ask for Lisa?" I said, because your employees recognized me and replaced the sandwich. But, the sandwich was incorrect again. She said again, "why didn't you ask for Lisa?" I said I just told you why. Is there a manager that I can speak with? Lisa then said, "did you explain to the drive-thru that you needed a Ham vs a Bacon sandwich?" I said, Yes, I just told you that". Lisa then asked if i could come back again. I said "No, I've been there twice and I have a meeting in a couple of minutes". Lisa said, "O.K. ma'am" (I am a man, by the way) and hung the phone up! Wow...Horrible service at the drive thru and by the management!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! :( :( :( HOW DO i GET MY MONEY BACK?!?!

Woman who get my order wasn't friendly and polite. She worked too slowly. She not put the crown for my son and she gave to me not all my order in a bag. I realized it only when I came home. Terrible service
