The north Nashua location is my favorite. Everyone is so nice, friendly and extremely hard working. I appreciate the clean environment and their dedication to customers safety while Covid still continues.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! My food was hot and fresh! I'm sure the staff works very hard and is overworked especially during these times. No one is ever perfect people. Cut them some slack!

I was a bit disappointed at this Panera. The lettuce was a gone by. It should not have been put on a Panera sandwich. The bacon was uncooked and fatty. If we’re gonna pay the higher prices for Panera’s quality it better be quality and delicious. Retrain and hire people who care about quality please.

First time here. I like the way they manage social distancing. Clean and professional. Great food. Service was attentive and beyond expectation. The woman at the cashier with eyeglasses has a good memory especially with my special instructions. The other woman with blue top always has service minded no matter how busy this place was. The asian man who made my order was fast and clean. I'm so impressed. My baja bowl with (tasty) chicken and the iced coffee with honey made my day. Love that they have the outdoor tables and chairs!

Messed up our orders. Ordered bunch of vegetarian stuff and got meat in them. Terrible on their end. I wouldn’t suggest it here for people who follow a vegetarian diet. They don't pay attention and deserve their salaries.

I did not feel my roast beef and cheddar sandwich was up to par , my husband and I have been to the Panera in concord nh and felt the sandwich was much better there, they had pickled onions and more roast beef

Ordered a half salad and sandwich. The napa almond chx salad didn’t have any almonds or grapes as advertised. The salad was good. The half salad was $8, understandable based on ingredients. However, $8 for a half of a sandwich? I can get a full sandwich almost anywhere else for that price. Also-coffee is sub-par at best. Staff was friendly, especially manager and older women on register. However, they had one person on register the few hours I was there and no apparent back up.
