its imperative for me to leave a review for the Manager, Gino of 7/11 Vanderbilt Beach Rd Naples FL. I am so impressed and grateful for Gino's exceptional assistance to me within the past 48hrs. It began with me being unable to get my gas input open on my car. If not for Gino coming out to the gas tanks and assisting me, my situation would have been much worse. He totally made my day! It turns out my cell phone went missing after I left the gas station, which turned my world upside down for the past 48hrs!! Gino went above and beyond to help me search for my phone, since in front of the gas tank was the last place i had my phone. Its people like GIno that make this world a better place! His kindness and generous Spirit really touched me as well as me make it through a difficult couple of days . Thank you Gino!!!!

I have to say something about a certain individual that works for this location. I believe her name is Gina, as a hospitality professional myself I have very rarely seen such a hard working individual. She is always on the move whether it’s stocking, cleaning or helping customers. She is always positive and smiling after every long shift that I work I look forward to stopping in for a beverage and conversation with her. She truly deserves a positive recognition. You are very lucky to have her as a team member for that location.

The manager is a awesome fellow to chat with. The employees are friendly and helpful especially Maria. She is nice and a hard worker, always see her mopping or staying busy. Very polite personnel. I recommend this store. Also corporate people I see there at store seem polite and helpful. Great store and people. I highly recommend this store off of Vanderbuilt road. I go there at least twice a day.
