Taco Bell

I'm going to do four stars today as a sign of encouragement. Overall they are doing better than years past and I've been down here full time since 97. That being said, your prices are hovering around authentic Mexican food ,like the restaurant down Bayshore has. People voted for $15 an hour minimum wage, so you need to put $15 an hour food in the bag. If I ask for a 5-layer burrito with NO beans, and you give me a 5- layer burrito WITH beans, that's a problem. Why waste My time and yours asking what kind of hot sauce I want if you're not going to give it to me? I think most people would agree that hot food that is the way I ordered it, but takes a little bit longer to make, is much more enjoyable than getting the wrong order slightly faster. Now, on a good note, the people I have encountered in the drive-thru the past two or three years have been very polite and friendly. Y'all are almost 5 star

Jake is is awesome! My fiance picked food up on his way home after a long day of work. When he got home he noticed 2 items were wrong. So I called. Spoke with Jake and he took the replacement order over the phone. We live close, so I drove back, asked for Jake in the drive through, he had the correct order hot, ready and waiting for me despite not having a reciept for the original order. Corrected the mistake with a smile, apologized and made it right 👍 Jake is the man!

Overall great experience. Food was fresh, exactly how I asked. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. I didn't even have to bring it up. My order was perfect. Two crunchy tacos, double steak, no cheese, and no supreme. Perfectly executed.The young man on duty tonight was very good. Great Taco Bell experience.

This is a fantastic location. Very friendly staff, clean dining areas and (as far as I can tell) kitchen. It is slightly more expensive than most Taco Bells (not astronomically, but a little), probably due to the area. It's a rarity, but they do on occasion forget an item or two, depending how big the order is - always ask for the receipt and check the bag. When they do, they've always been cool about making it right, and usually hang out apology vouchers for free stuff. Would recommend.
