Michael was amazing and he made the caramel ribbon crunch perfectly crunchy and was very patient when we got confused with the ordering!!!!

Went on a busy Saturday morning and the whole team was working hard. Amado in particular was great! He kept his patience with a customer who was confused & angry and was very kind. It was a longer wait for my drink (drive-thru and inside were packed), but all employees were incredible in getting orders completed.

Good location and am overall happy that this location opened BUT I must say that anytime lunch or after especially after 5pm the service is disorganized, extremely behind and chaotic. Don’t bother going through drive thru. Every time I have, it’s been at least 15-20 minutes of waiting with only two to three cars. Interestingly it’s less busier the later you go in the afternoon but it’s also the slowest to get service and get quality service at that!

Ordered a tall paradise drink about 15 minutes before they closed tonight. Maddie (I believe that was her name) was very friendly and made great conversation with myself and didn't seem bothered that I came right before closing. She is the perfect example of what great customer service should look like!

First time using this drive thru and it was a great experience. Drinks arrived quickly and window staff member was incredibly friendly and efficient. I am only visiting this area but found the location kind of horrid to get in and out of. I may become more confident after a few more visits, but that is why I rated it a 4/5.

Feels like your regular Starbucks. My only complaint is several times I've ordered on the app, I've had to remind them what I purchased.

Very busy, but aren't all Starbucks!!: took awhile to get our order. Since we met with friends I didn't want to get in line and miss time with them so I ordered on app. It took a long time tho to get our order out

This Starbucks location is very unique as it is one of very few stores featuring a Clover coffee brewing machine. If you haven't tasted the exceptionally rich and robust coffee brewed from one of these machines you are missing out on a rich coffee experience! Try it, just ask them to brew your next cup of coffee in their Clover Coffee Brewing Machine!
