I am sushi lover, having sushi in multiple cities including NewYork, San Francisco, etc. I can honestly say that this place has the best sushi I have ever had.

We arrived at the hotel when Dusk was the only restaurant still open. It was very busy, but they were able to seat us quickly. I ordered the lychee and lemongrass martini, and was delighted at the smoke show when the waiter popped my bubble. We ordered edamame as our appetizer, and its the reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars. Half of them tasted underdone, and 25% tasted overdone. The sushi rolls we ordered were excellent. We definitely over ate because of how good they were. Service was great.

Chris and Tyler made us drinks and were amazing!! they gave us an entire tea pot for my hot toddy’s.
Everyone else went above and beyond to take care of us. Rykka was an amazing server! I was so surprised because multiple severs helped us even tho it wasn’t their table. Best service we have ever received!

I just had one of the best dining experiences of my life. The house sushi special, the bartender recommended drink, the service, absolute class. Dusk is a must if staying at the Ritz or within driving distance. Thank you!

Very relaxed, casual atmosphere. Rykka, our server, was exceptional. The sushi was fresh and fabulous. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area.

They played great music with a lowly lit atmosphere. I prefer that so much more than flashing lights and disco effects. The drinks were amazing and our server Matt was awesome, even showed us his moves! Overall a very memorable experience.
