Went there for lunch today. The service was so friendly and welcoming - thank you Shirley and friends. The food was magnificent and tasted so good, the servings were generous, and we loved the Chinese tea. We plan to go back for their Banquet evening. I highly recommend this venue.

Changing my review from a year ago because service has improved immensely. Food is great, yum cha can be a very busy time in the restaurant as food has also improved. Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy some good food and relaxing place to eat. Staff are very welcoming and very helpful. I fully reccomend going for the yum cha lunch on the weekend.

Buffett looked average so ordered from the menu, food was excellent and quick service, couldn't fault it, thanks.

We stopped here randomly, with no expectations. Back in the UK, a name like Oriental Chinese Restaurant would not be a place that attracted Chinese people. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant full of native Chinese speakers, all enjoying very good food.
The service was friendly and fast, the dim sum was delicious, and I will be back.

We've been here a few times now and every time we were there, our food was delicious, fresh and well prepared. Even the kids love it. Their Yum Cha is really good. We highly recommend it. It's the best tasting Asian food we've had in Napier. On Yum Cha days you get to try a lot of different things, which can be fun. The staff is all very nice and friendly too.

Under new name and new owner, best Yum Cha and Chinese food in the bay, big serving, value for money. A group of us(Kiwi and Chines) have our monthly dinner there. Highly recommended.

Best yum-cha in Napier hands down. Probably the only high quality, authentic Chinese food I've had in Napier. Staff are lovely.
