Can't remember which day this was but staff are always professional, friendly and efficient even if they were a bit short-staffed. Haven't sorted out which of the Chiabata or 5 Grain toast is better under poached eggs. I'll have to keep experimenting I guess.
14Nov2023 5 grain toast today plus a pot of Earl Grey with milk, not lemon (as the lady from England mentioned) ... Still a neat place to chill for an hour ...

Young barista Clara made & served me an excellent double shot flat white coffee 👍 with a smile! 😊 however, the muffin was a bit stodgy & very pricey at $7.50 😱

The food and coffee is mostly good. My husband ordered the seafood chowder and was very disappointed. I wish something could be done about the acoustics as it is very difficult to hear and noises like someone dropping a spoon are very loud.

The staff are friendly & welcoming, coffee is always good, food is amazing. They cater for people with food alkergies too. The place is bright, clean, inviting🙂🙂

Love going to Mega 10 Columbus coffee Cafe in store. We usually frequent the Whanganui one but were in Napier so went along with other family...sadly they couldn't really eat with us because they couldn't order just hot chips for their kiddies in the Napier store...otherwise it was great.

Noisy area, needs sound deadening ceiling, a disappointing to wait for cups of tea of over 20 mins, I know coffees take alot of time to make but to pour hot water into a teapot to the table wouldn't take long to do inspite of being in a priority order at the counter.
