I'm done coming here. I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When I get to the window, I'm told they don't have the 2 kinds of donuts I want (9:40 am). Then proceeds to hand me an iced coffee when I ordered a hot one. I left with my card and nothing. I went to another store and had my correct coffee and donuts in 5 minutes.

I went into their side door — a glass door facing Ogden — and they freaked out and refused service because I didn’t come in their front door. The woman named “Asi” asked which door I came in, I pointed to the door about 4’ from where we were standing, and she said “no you cannot come there”. The door was unlocked. And the whole thing is glass. And she literally walked away.
I’ve thought they were rude before, but this removes any doubt I had. Will never go back

Coffee was fresh, hot, and brewed well. Much better pot compared to other Dunkin locations.

Waited in line for extended period. After ordering 2 dozen donuts, coffee, and food, I went to pay and asked the cashier if she could add a Blueberry muffin to my order ($30+ order) and she refused. She told me i had to drive around the building and return to the end of the line. Seemed like a very simple request. Grateful there are multiple other options in the area for donuts as i will no longer (been going since kids were young) be going to this Dunkin Donuts. Employees need to be trained in customer service skills.

I arrived at 7:30. Only their drive thru was open. The whole lobby is decorated for Halloween so they have to be open for in store orders. I pulled the door and it was locked. I called and no one answered. I looked into the store and some guy just shook his head at me. No sign for not opening in store. They didn’t even come explain to me the in store was closed?? At 7:30 am at a coffee shop. Just rude. Who just shakes their head at a customer thinking that’s a sign

This location is a corner store, easy to get to, free and easy parking in the front, has a drive thru. Also, they made my coffee really good.
Their munkin' donuts were fresh and delicious too. We got glazed and powered sugar munckin's. She even asked if we wanted them in separate bags. Yes, please! Good service, clean store. Thumbs up!
