7-eleven

i’m giving 5 stars to the woman working tonight she was doing an amazing job and ALWAYS does. however i saw that you guys are making her do too many tasks and she doesn’t have time to make pizzas for delivery and ring up customers. every time the oven beeped she had to run back and forth to keep up as the line built up. i wanted to go back there and help. you guys really should either hire someone to help during peak business or turn off the ordering. she has amazing customer service and that situation looked stressful.

The guys working there are nice enough, but their apathy towards perpetually out of date milk (9/21 on 10/10 and it was still there the next day after I pointed it out) and the cleanliness inside and out is probably more a reflection of the owners and management than the staff. Several "out of order signs" on equipment. I'd assume 7-11 has inspections and standards?

i live next to this 7/11 and its normally fine except today 5/26 approx 9:50 pm the blonde woman working has an attitude. I greeted her and she said nothing just stared at me and held her hand out without telling me my total. She continued to give me dirty looks until I asked her for a bag. Very rude and uncomfortable interaction. I dont expect exceptional service from a convenience store but she treated me so poorly. Learn some social skills or keep her far away from customers.

The lady that was working earlier this morning was really rude. I come to this 7-eleven all the time since i’ve moved to the area and each time i came in while she was working it was the same thing, HER BEING RUDE! I come in the today to buy a few items and leave. I ended up having to come back AGAIN and this time there were other people in there who were stealing and with me being the same race as them she accused me of stealing as well and banned me from the store. Every time i came up there i never gave them any problems never stole never was smart at the mouth the lady said out of her mouth that she knows im a regular customer but now i am no longer alowwed in the store.
