Dunkin'

Going to many dunkins nearby and this one stands out. Always fast and excellent service. I feel welcomed and always makes my order correct. Ricky is the best crew member at this location. If you want a refreshing tasty beverage come here. Ricky works hard and is very dedicated. A promotion or raise is needed for him.

Disorganized chaos. There were about 8-10 cars in the drive thru, so I thought going inside would be quicker. Wrong. The guy taking my simple order (1 drink, 1 sandwich) must have been new because he had the hardest time finding the right buttons to press on the register. I got my drink pretty quickly and proceeded to wait in the extremely warm area to get my food. I'm waiting...and waiting...and waiting. No one is acknowledging me, stating my order would be right up, etc. More waiting as I am watching all cars that were in the drive thru getting their orders. The lady making the food is only making one order at a time. It's a pretty big tray...she can fit more food on there to heat up, to get orders going faster. Still waiting...I finally got my food. It took 10 frickin minutes! I didn't notice until I was driving away that it wasn't even my order!!! It had a ticket and receipt on it with a name and showing that a gift card was used. Nope, not my order. I didn't bother going back to wait another 10 minutes for (maybe) my correct order. There was only one other person waiting inside for their food. She got there after me and I heard her say she had a mobile order. It looks like they didn't even make her drink(s) yet. Maybe I actually got her food?
