Mod Pizza

As I was waiting to order, I spotted a table large enough for the family, but it was a bit of a mess. I asked at the pick up counter if I could have something to wipe it down myself. The young man said there were several napkin dispensers back by the beverage counter. Well, he didn't quite believe me, so he walked back there empty handed to see if I was telling the truth, then returned to his station for supplies to refill the dispensers, and he did hand some napkins directly to me that I may service our table. The food selection, the ordering, the making and baking were all fine. Then we come back to my new friend at the pick-up counter. I saw MY pizza being retrieved from the oven and placed on his counter followed by a few others. Mine was left on the counter, the others were served. A few more came out. Mine was shoveled up and put on a plate, then slid off the plate, returning to the counter...... TWICE. A few more were served. Mine was shoveled up, not plated, but returned to the counter two more times. I asked him if he could serve me mine and I pointed it out. He tells me the pizza to which I pointed had a metal tag of #258 on it. He claimed there was NO #258 in the paperwork system. Finally he was surrendering to my request, and delivered my cold pizza. A young lady whom appeared to be in charge, approached me as I was about to leave and gave me a coupon for another attempt within a month or so. I will say, ALL of the rest of my family did receive and enjoy their orders in a timely fashion. My guess is, MOD stands for "May Offer Delays".

MOD Pizza is my new go-to place whenever I crave for pizza. Their pizza is so delicious and phenomenal! It is freshly made, cooked perfectly, and very unique. The crust of it is so crunchy, the toppings is overload, and the whole pizza is cheesy, meaty, saucy. It is really worth to try. They also have many different choices of foods, all of it are interesting, and mouth-watering. Their food is reasonably priced and fair. You will absolutely enjoy their menu. MOD Pizza is exceptional! Their employees are also great. All of them are working so fast and quick. They are so friendly and accommodating. They all know how to treat their customers so well and also how to talk to them properly. They serve the orders so right and on time. Outstanding service. They are so fun to be with. They also made my experience unforgettable. Their service is one of the reasons why I really want to go back again. Their place is worth visiting. MOD Pizza is very accessible, their place is so easy to find, and they are so popular. This place never disappoints. They will really do their best to satisfy your cravings and for you to have an awesome experience. Thank you guys! Thank you MOD Pizza for such a great service! A fast casual place for pizza. I had MOD Pizza years ago in California when it was new and didn’t like it much at the time. I tried it again recently and boy have they come a long way. Their sauce is tasty and crust is delightful crispy. I like getting the double crust; it tastes more like s regular pizza crust. It can be frustrating at busy times because the line moves slowly, so order ahead if you can.

This place is a hidden gem in Naperville. I ordered pizza for carryout on Valentine's day. I went to pick up the order and they were busy. I only had to wait ten minutes longer than told. The thing is the young lady working behind the counter cutting pizza is awesome!! She was getting put in the weeds, but it didn't even phase her. The whole staff was very friendly and apologized for taking a little longer. Very clean and worth it. I will be back again and again.

I have coming to Mod several years now, I’m upset that one of your girls working has her hair hanging from the front of her face and is preparing the food and she is operating the register without taking off her gloves, That is not sanitary she has to learn to takeoff her gloves and she should not operate the register and prepare the food at the same time without taking off her gloves. The manager should fix this problem immediately. This happened on Sunday
