I regularly have a great experience here. I work from this Starbucks all the time, and it is nice and convenient, has a chord extender in the back to allow to laptop to plug in from the middle of the table row.
Nice customer service, good baristas. Always happy to come here.

Waited an hour for two Frappuccino’s. People that placed an order way after me (15-20 min) got there drinks before me. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked about my drinks and they said they were making them next and I waited for another 20 min (while other drinks were being made) before I got my drinks.

Place is not well maintained and there is always dirt in the floor.
They used to have nice soft chairs now all the chair are made of wood and not comfortable, maybe Starbucks don’t want us to hangout too long anymore.
The works experience from today was the slow service, the manager along with the staff where more playful. I believe in having fun at work but not at the expense of sense of urgency.
I was in my launch brake and every minutes counts.
It took about 10 minutes to get my drink.
I like Starbucks but I’ll choose another location.

They always have good coffee and food... You never hear them say I don't have this or were out of that!

Coffee was good, just like any other Starbucks. However the inside was crowded. The arrangement/usage of the tables and chairs inside made it really awkward for people to stand in line to order and pick up your food.

Not all Starbucks are the same. Lorenzo the store manager, and his morning crew are truly great people. Even now with all the post corona change-it’s still service with a smile. Thank you guys for always making my coffee, and my day!

I go to this Starbucks a couple of times a week to pick up mobile orders. This morning, I had an issue with my starbucks app - my order did not go through but my gift card was charged. I spoke with the girl at the cash wrap (I did not get her name) and the store manager, Andrew. They were both very understanding and provided my order quickly and efficiently. This location is always clean, quick, and provides great customer service. Thank you again!
