Samie and Scott are awesome and their ice-cream are delicious. The reason we gave 3 stars less is because they are overpriced on everything and then suddenly they just increased their prices again few days ago. They need employees who smile and are more friendlier with customers. Making you feel welcomed more often is not what they do much of also when we went there the person who served us was not very friendly but very cold. It's hard to want to shop at a place, when the customer service associate is not smiling but staring at you blankly as you try to order, while being stared at, which, we are sure that many customers may be feeling awkward. Additionally, we hope they lower their prices, to get more business in this bad times during this pandemic or their business will slow down!!!

This was the worst experience of my life. So unorganized, they’re all over the place. My boyfriend and I were #8 in line and watched #9, 10, 11, & 12 all get their orders before us along with 4-5 online orders. We kept asking what’s going on and got no response until finally they said “your order was lost, do you still want it?” WHAT!!!! Are you kidding me... if I would’ve gotten it for free for waiting for 15-20 mins I would not be writing this review right now but the fact I waited and got that kind of response was unbelievable. They’re so disorganized.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday. When I came to pick it up they said they accidentally put the cake in the display and it was sold. I had to wait for them to take another cake and try to make it the way I ordered which meant they sprayed the cake orange(not anything like I requested). Not happy. I didn’t have time to order another cake from somewhere else. I specifically ordered a cake the way I wanted it and I had to settle for whatever they had. Beware when ordering a cake from here.
