Moxie Java

I enjoy Moxie coffee tremendously, the flavor is excellent! Their drinks are not as “heavy” as others. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They know me and my family by name (and car). Great location on Garrity, they have two windows to order from. Thank you Moxie for always waking me up in the mornings!

The manager Heidi I believe that was her name .Was extremely rude when my husband was ordering our drinks when he asked what flavors of smoothie they had she said you can read it on the screen out there . Then she proceeded to tell us we couldn't split our order because we had a free card for one of the drinks she said it's because we were all together how does she know if we share a bank account or not ... I proceeded to tell there separate and I've done that before in the same car and she got all sort of snappy and said well what do they look like because it's against our policy . I love going to moxie but not if someone cold and rude like that is going to be working there . Usually staff is nice and warm even if they tell us they cant do something. That location needs a new manager I've never met someone so rude in customer service . If she doesnt like her job she needs to find a new one . They lost us as customers and I'll be sure to talk to family and friends who all go to that location every weekend . This is not a review on other staff just on that unpleasant manager . I am sure this will get deleted so I'll be sure to reach someone higher up than her.
