Subway

Always good whenever I go in. Mobile orders mostly work and on the rare occasions they don’t, they’re great about expediting your order out so you don’t have to wait in line. Personally having previous fast food management experience, however, I do wish they’d hire some more people on the employee’s behalf. They always do a great job handling the lunch rushes getting people in and out as fast as possible but I can tell they’re definitely struggling at times to keep up from the shear amount of online/in store orders that’ll come in. Overall a great Subway for days when I’m wanting a more “leaner” lunch.

I had ordered online and when getting to the store I found out they did not have my order, lovely technology. That said, Susan and staff made sure to take care of my order right away! We all understand things happen, you just breath through it and do the best you can! Subway delivered today and I will continue to order from them for my practices!!

Came through this subway and ordered 2 turkey footlongs that came incorrect and without a receipt. So I emailed subway... It took a week for me to get 2 "thanks for your feedback" replies, but nothing was done to fix the problem. This was the first time I've been here in years. The new bread is just as bad as the old bread and sandwiches are $10 now! Poor customer service makes all of this unacceptable...

Came in tonight and they were very busy, but I didn’t have to wait long at all. The young man named Logan working the register was the friendliest employee I’ve encountered at this location. He suggested I leave a review, so I most definitely did! Great sandwiches tonight. I ordered a bmt and my husband got a cold cut.

i walked in to get a footlong before work this afternoon and was greeted rudely by a woman who was about to be making my sandwich. She didn't look at me and seemed to be irritated with every request I made and I ultimately felt disrespected after our interaction. The cashier was kind and friendly to me but I noticed she seemed anxious around the employee who had greeted me. My two co workers ordered their sandwiches after I did and they felt mistreated as well. I love subway and i truly hope the work environment becomes more inviting.

Have been having terrible experiences at the murray location. Went in tonight and found out its under new management. Logan prepared two sandwiches for me the spicy Italian and a meat ball sub. When I walked in the lobby all of the veggies meats and cheeses were fresh and fully stocked to perfection. The lobby was spotless and smelt amazing. My sandwich was the spicy Italian and i asked for all the veggies, no onions 3 different cheeses, mayo, honey mustard and salt and pepper. Even with this sandwich being stuffed plum full on flat bread it all stayed together no mess. Logan certainly impressed me and was so polite and kind. Highly recommend checking them out being under new management!
